More About Coach Anthony

I am currently not taking any clients due to full time employment and part-time coaching!

I worked with the Revolution Academy as an Academy Coach and am the current Rocky Hill Assistant Coach. I work with all youth ages from 3 to 18 and have sessions for all ages. I have completed the National F license and Grassroots Pathway, while I plan on completing the National D License in 2022/2023.

As a soccer player, I was three year Varsity and two year co-captain in High School at Toll Gate High in Warwick, RI where I was Second Team All-Division. I went on to play three seasons at Johnson & Wales University on the Men's Soccer team where I won one GNAC title. I played premier soccer at Rams FC from U13 until U18 after years of playing in RI select programs.

A client can expect that they are going to train hard for the full session and that I will give insight into why they are doing certain drills. I focus on technical and physical ability primarily while also training a players mental ability during my sessions. It is important for players to understand why they are doing drills and how to apply them in an open match and I also like to make sure their minds are going in training sessions to make it game like. I like to start with either a high intensity strength & conditioning warmup or a technical warmup with a lot of touches. I move into at least two other activities that mirror the focus of the session.
