I have been training student athletes, and pro athletes for over ten years now. I have trained Joe Goosby, professional American football player; I have also trained Martellus Bennett--tight End for the Chicago Bears, his older brother, Michael Bennett--Defensive End for the Seattle Seahawks, as well as several other professional players, and countless numbers of young student athletes ages 15-25
I played college football for Prairie View A&M University-1991 and Western New Mexico University 1993-95 was selected to play in the National All Star football classic in my senior year 1996. National Football League New England Patriots-1996, and also the Arena League with the Texas Terror.
A typical session with ACAMP AFC is to work on conditioning, speed, technique, agility and form. We will also contrentrate on endurance, power and work on the forty and short shuttle drills. Sessions are one hour per session for the proven athlete...
