I like to gain a better knowledge of what goal the athlete is trying to reach. I work to enhance every skill but I will always start with the basics and work up from there. A session will start with a warmup for the particular skill set we're working on (ball handling, shooting, speed and agility) and gradually progress until the end of the session. I teach so the athlete understands where and how to apply each skill.
If working with a more advanced athlete. The session will be more intense.
