More About Coach Aniefre

I have experience training high school boys and girls in both indoor volleyball and beach volleyball. My experience training these athletes are primarily in hitting/spiking positions and helping them to become more effective all-around.

I played Division I Men's Volleyball at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa, one of the top ranking schools in the nation, competed in the Asian Pacific Cup in Japan as well as a Pro Tour in China. When in college, I competed on the U21 USA Beach Volleyball Training Team.

A typical session would be a combination of fundamentals and advanced techniques depending on the skill level of the individual. For indoor sessions, the training would be based on the position the athlete wants to train and in regards to beach volleyball, both blocker and digging positions would be worked on extensively.
