5 minutes of light cardio (Jogging,Jumping Jacks etc.)
Strength Training:
Push-ups: 3 sets of 8-12
Squats: 3 sets of 8-12
Plank: 3 sets of 40-60 sec hold
Lunges: 3 sets 8-12
Leg Raises 4 sets 12-15
Cardio:
High Knees 3 sets 35 Seconds
Mountain Climbers 3 sets 35 Seconds
Burpees 3 sets 10-12 Reps
Cool Down:
Stretching ( Hamstrings,Quads,Hip Flexors,etc)
