A typical session would begin with an introductory- more so " show me what you got." From there, i will critique and adjust movement and flow patterns which will then become relevant to sport of practice.

Andrew reached out to me asking me to spread the word that he’s doing personal training. I immediately realized that I needed to tell myself about the training. I booked the sessions and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. He provided endless varieties of workouts that I will be able to continue to do well after my sessions are complete. With the exception of a few basic compound exercises, I don’t think we repeated anything during our sessions and he kept everything fresh, even with the limited equipment at my home. Every session had a theme in regards to its functionality. During our sessions, we focused more on corrective exercises due to the imbalances and weaknesses I had. Mainly in my core and back. Andrew explained every exercise thoroughly and told me why we were doing it. Thanks to these sessions, I feel better than I have in years. My body composition has changed in the matter of two months. Andrew is a great trainer. I have been exercising for a long time on my own and was never able to get toned up like I wanted. When I met Andrew I realized my posture was wrong the whole time. Simple things like the posture can change your whole workout game. He focuses a lot on posture and my overall athletic performance. I have accomplish in 3 weeks what I never accomplish in a long time of working out.

The AJLIty Group is not just something that popped overnight, I know that first hand because I’ve seen it from it’s inception. Trainer Drew Lewis trained me before AJLIty had a name. And showed me his vision through the workouts he gave. The ability to be Agile in all aspects of life, using the relativity of being an athlete in your everyday life. He’s trained me to be a better linebacker on the field, but even more so he’s trained me to be better at my approach to life, when it comes to mental, and physical health. 2020 has been one of the most difficult years for all involved. Especially for our student athletes. Gyms and all types of facilities for any types training where closed. So other alternatives had to be made. For my Son Sincere “BamBam” Garcia it was almost impossible to train because of my limited experience and equipment in training a athlete getting ready to play high school football. So I searched for someone that could fill that void and by the blessings of the Almighty we were introduced to Drew of The Ajlity group. Through a mutual friend Anthony Solis Owner of The PerfeQ mix beverage brand and also a former teammate of mine for the NJ Spartans semi pro football team is how I was introduced to Drew. From the beginning Drew was extremely motivated to help in Bams development as a Safety on his High School Football team. His flexibility on time and location was a benefit to me also. Training the majority of the time was early in the morning and Drew would work on a lot of the flaws that Bam had and maximized every session so Bam can feel confident in his own abilities. Immediately Drew won Bams trust being that Bam is extremely shy and trust is hard to come by with him. Drew also made himself available for any questions and concerns that my had come up during training. Especially with Bams nutritional habits. I broke my knee (tibia plateau) I was stuck in the house eating & relaxing. I was the heaviest I ever was 360 lbs. As soon as the Dr. cleared me for physical activity I was ready to get to work. I called Drew and we set the date. After a year I was down 80 lbs, I felt better than I did in over 20 years and I was stronger than I ever was, stronger than my days playing high school football. Way back in 2000 I could bench 225 lbs for 12 reps at my peak with Drew I'm able to bench 225 lbs for 20 reps. Drew knows the methods to obtain optimal results.
