More About Coach Andrew
Experience as a youth assistant coach with the Harborfields lacrosse club and Mooselax. Assisted with the Heaton Mersey youth teams in Manchester, England working primarily with goaltenders.
Harborfields HS (2011): All County, Team MVP
Utica College (2016): 4x Defensive MVP, All Conference selection, 3rd all time in career saves
Additional experience playing internationally in England (2016-2017) with the University of Manchester Men’s Lacrosse Club and Heaton Mersey Men’s Lacrosse Club
Focus in the fundememtal aspects and mechanics of goaltending in order to build upon good habits of play. Sessions include a dynamic warm-up, drills specific to enhancing hand-eye coordination and footwork, reaction drills, outlet passing. Sessions are also designed to develop the players understanding of the game as well in order to improve decision making on the field.
