Throughout my teaching experience I have trained a wide variety of people interested in the martial arts. I have taught classes for children as young as four, teenagers, and adults. I teach kenpo karate and cardio kickboxing. I also run the martial arts program for a summer camp that I have worked at for the last three years, I enjoy teaching children martial arts and always adapt my program to fit a wide variety of ages and abilities. I have also taught a variety of children's martial arts seminars including sparring xma and weapons.

I am a 24 years old and a 3rd degree black belt in kenpo karate. I have been studying at Dynamic Martial Arts for 16 years. I achieved the rank of black belt when i was a freshman in high school and also ran our martial arts demo team with another student. I have participated in a wide variety of tournaments all over the country, always placing well for my division. The last tournament I participated in I received 1st and 2nd place in the Adults Black belt division.

While training I feel it is important to stay physically fit - so I offer a wide variety of workouts that stimulate your cardio and strength. I will adapt every session to my clients requests and individual needs. Whether it be someone looking to get ready for a competition who needs extra attention in sparring, forms, or self defense routines, or simply an adult or child wanting some extra attention to hone their skills.
