More About Coach Amal

I have experience coaching youth athletes and college athletes of both genders in gym and field settings. I have done numerous internships at the Division 1 level in S&C to continue my education. My goal is to create a soccer performance program in the Northern California area.

For field sessions, athletes can expect a dynamic warm up to increase core temperature and blood flow. This is followed by field based reactive and pre-programmed speed and agility drills. Sessions end with a proper cool down. Weight room sessions consist of a warm up, gym session based on athlete's needs, followed by proper cool down and stretching to promote recovery.
