I have 8+ years of experience coaching goalkeepers ranging from 6-20 years old I began coaching at the high school level and worked my way up to my current position as the head goalkeeper coach for Legends FC.

I played division 1 soccer at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where I was a starter all four years. After my senior season, I was recruited to play professionally in Norway’s top division for Arna-Bjørnar Topfotball. My rookie season I was named goalkeeper of the year by the league and player of the year by my club. After two full seasons, I decided to retire and pursue a career as a firefighter.

I typically start off with a warm up that consists of a lot of footwork, speed and agility. From there I work into a diving warm up and then into more technical work such as 1v1s, crosses, handling, working with angles etc.
