My training experience includes working with kids the age of 6-15 with RCE skills academy over the summers, working with different high school players in local schools, and other one on one sessions with middle school athletes. I'm working on getting certified with i'm impossible training and continuing to gain knowledge from the greatest trainers and players.

I played some high school basketball and travel basketball, some wrestling, some track, and some boxing. i didn't continue to play ball for college because i was joining the army.

Every client will have a workout fit for them, so they will not all be the same. Some may require more conditioning so they are capable to work on more skills training. I may have you work on footwork, skills training, or basketball IQ so you capable of being able to play and not second guess your self while on the floor. Some conditioning will be practiced in every workout.
