More About Coach Alley
I played softball for 20 years and played for/earned scholarships to both the University of Tennessee as well as Long Beach State. After finishing up my playing career I coached for 4 years at Santa Ana College and then realized that I wanted to learn more about the performance development side of training. I have now been a performance coach as well as head coach for 10 years. I have my USA weightlifting certification and my BA in psychology.
I prided myself on being the definition of a true utility throughout my career. I earned All-American as well as All-Big West awards. My main starting positions in college were third base, second, and centerfield. I switch-hit for power and slapped my entire career.
My sessions all differ depending on what your athletes specific needs are. Every piece of guidance I offer is rooted in biomechanics and the application of physics to the sport. Throughout my playing career I preformed at a high level, in my coaching career I understand how to best educate the athletes I train and help them become the best versions of themselves.
