More About Coach Alex

I have had experience coaching athletes from the youth level through the professional ranks. I began my career as a sports performance trainer at a private facility before going back to earn my masters degree in applied sport science. During my time in my masters program, I served as a head strength coach at the division 1 level. I am currently in a doctoral program for sport physiology and serve as a director at the division 1 level.

I played defensive end for Marian University in college. I became a three year starter and was lucky enough to compete in three national championships while earning two titles during my career.

I am a firm believer of evidence based practice. All of my programs are firmly rooted in both science and best practice in strength and conditioning to develop the strength, power, endurance, and proper techniques in your sport.
