More About Coach Alex

I started my company Brave Fitness for online coaching 2 years ago and I have coached over 100 clients in nutrition and fitness since then.
I work with all ages. I have helped middle school aged kids rise to the top of their school sport. And I have helped adults who were pre-diabetic find normal levels and be cleared by their doctors.
I helped the first woman ever pass the Maryland SWAT Tactical Medic physical test. And I coach The OUT Foundation OUTAthlete program for underserved LGBTQ+ young adults.

I love diversity in my training. As a kid I loved swim team and gymnastics. Now I do CrossFit 5-6 times a week, yoga 1-2 times per week, and I just began training for my first half marathon!

In-Person 1 on 1 Training:
I want to get to know your needs and desired first! Before we even start moving, I want to know why you are here, and what do you want to improve? My programs are individual and designed to help you reach your goals. I like to take a wholistic approach too. I'll help you with your nutrition and recovery. Progress is made in recovery.

Online Nutrition Coaching:
For my online programs we start with a video call to create your completely custom plan. We'll talk about what you currently eat, what foods you like and don't like, and then build a sustainable plan based on your goals, and food preferences. Every week we have a check in call to make adjustments. And every month we'll do a longer video call again to make larger updates.

Online Custom Workout Planning:
I'll create you a custom workout plan based on your goals! I take into account any weaknesses or injuries you ma have. Whether you have a gym or you want to workout at home, I'll design a plan that works for you!
