More About Coach Alexis

I coached the U13 boys and girls for Total Football Club in Houston and also the developmental academy for the Houston Dynamo. I helped coach in Alabama with the ODP South Texas 04/05 girls. I was also apart of a school program called Sports4Learning where I go attend the kid's recess and help play games that involve STEM. I am willing to work with any age group, and am currently working on getting higher up in the coaching licenses.

I currently play semipro soccer with the Texas Spurs who a part of the WPSL. I am a former Division 1 goalkeeper for Texas Southern University and still hold the record for most wins during the regular season and first post season win.

I can work with both field players and/or goalkeepers. I will focus for on the technical aspect (touch, dribbling, control, trapping, or footwork, ball handling, goal kicks, punting etc.). A warm-up is very important before athletes get into their workout, I will take them through a short warm-up to get their muscles ready to go, ask beforehand if there is anything specific they want to work on and if they have something than incorporate it in either the warm-up or in the drills.
