More About Coach Alexis

I am a Performance Exercise Specialist that specializes in performance in enhancement and Injury prevention. I am also CPR and First aid Certified.

I have been working with middle school and high school athletes for 7 years. I currently work for NovaCare Rehabilitation as an Athletic Trainer, where I provide quality healthcare.

I competed in a year of collegiate level Basketball at Marywood University. I was able to assist the women's team as a manager for the remainder of my next three years.

I like to focus a lot on pre and post-workout stretching. My workouts include balance training and core stabilization, body weight strengthening, and resistance training.
