More About Coach Alex
I am currently the running backs and assistant linebackers coach at Independence High School in Thompson Station, TN. This is my first season coaching with the team, but I have been a student of the game for a long time. I typically work with high school students but I can work with any age group.
I was a 3 year varsity letter winner playing linebacker at Franklin County High School in Rocky Mount, VA. My senior year in high school, I was named to the All-District team. I was recruited to a few small schools, but decided to wrestle in college instead.
A typical session plan can focus on whatever the student athlete and his/her parents want to focus on. I have experience working with agility, speed, strength training, endurance training. I will tailer my session plans to whatever area you want to improve.
