I like to stick with a 45min-60min session. I focus on a good dynamic warm up, fundamental skills and movement, and a main topic to focus the session around. A typical goalkeeping session for me would be a strong warm up with gluten and banded hip work, collection, footwork, and distribution. Then opening the lesson up to a focal point angels, diving, balls in the air, etc. i like to finish my lesson with a skill to focus on building into the next session.

Client Reviews

volleyball is my first sport and since training with Coach Ali I’ve become so confident and stretched in the goalkeeper position. She has shown me the skills relation between the two and makes me excited to learn more!
