Extensive background from training professional and amateur athletes to working professionals with nominal experience in fitness. I integrate my knowledge as a strength and conditioning specialist in designing an individualized, progressive program of cardiovascular, mobility, core, and strength training exercises for my clients based on their fitness goals

Coming from a basketball family, I started playing when I was 6 years old. In my home country I played both professionally and for our national team. With national team I have competed at numerous competitions such as Olimpic Games for youth, European and World championships, etc. I have finished my career by playing 4 years at a D2 school, tearing my entire knee up.

Discuss the goals and aspirations. I like my clients to know that this is a new lifestyle, they shouldn’t be looking at this as a form of program/diet. I would come up with training that would help my clients reach their goals. My workouts are a mix of cardio, HIIT and lifting weights, depending on the goal.
