More About Coach Alec

I was an assistant coach during spring football in May of 2013 and May of 2014 at Clearwater Central Catholic. While at CCC I coached numerous players that received division 1 scholarships. I coached defensive line as well as worked with offensive line, fullbacks, linebackers, and special teams. I have worked numerous camps such as the University of Oklahoma as well as many events with USA football. In the Fall of 2016 I was the Defensive Line Coach at Greensboro College in Greensboro North Carolina. Coached DE at Oklahoma Baptist in 2017, and then coaching TE/H backs in 2018. Currently I coach DL/RB/Special Teams Coordinator at Mcloud High School. Currently certified by USA weightlifting in coaching all Olympic lifts.

I played football at Clearwater Central Catholic from 2006-2009. In 2008 I was selected as Honorable Mention All Pinellas County by the St. Petersburg Times. In 2009 I was selected to the 2nd Team All Pinellas County team by the St. Petersburg Times. I was also selected to the Palms of Pinellas All Star Game in 2009. I participated in Varsity football at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2010-2013. I played in three bowl games winning two. Also won the unofficial ACC coastal division in 2012. I graduated with my B.A. in Exercise and Sport Science from UNC in August 2014. Was with the Orlando Predators of the AFL for training camp in 2015, was on the practice squad of the Tampa Bay Storm as well!

I will push my athletes to the best of their abilities. I played with five first round NFL draft picks during my time at UNC and know what it takes to be successful. Even if you aren't an athlete but just looking for physical health plans look no further. I can help you get in peak shape as well.
