I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Speed Agility & Quickness Specialist. I can instruct and improve all the neccessary skills in Basketball, but my specialty is building speed, strength, and power. I will improve your vertical, increase your speed up and down the court, and give you the strength to dominate the boards and protect the basketball. If you want to get to the next level, dominate the competition, and get a scholarship to play in college, I'm the Coach for you!

Current 2 year MVP of LABL Mens Baseball going for 3rd year in a row batting .514! At 32 I am still seeing growth and progress in all areas!

Here is a general workout. Everyone has different areas of concern which would form a very different workout.
5-10 min warm up Jogging and Dribbling using both hands/Running hoop to hoop shooting layups.
10 min Speed Agility and Quickness drills
5 min rest/dribbling/hand skills
5 min Upperbody Power
15 min Shooting/Position Practice/Instruction of choice
5 min Speed Agility and Quickness/ Explosive power drills such as Squat Jumps, box jumps, lunge shuffles
5 min Endurance Excercise like suicides or Fast Break Drills
Cool down while Dribbling

My eleven year old son and I are very happy with Coach Adam after one session. My son is at a point in his playing where he's getting passed up by other kids because he's not receiving one-on-one direction and attention. His League coaches are great, but they can't reasonably give him the instruction he needs to keep improving. I think working with Adam will be great for my son's skills and self-confidence. Coach Adam helped tremendously with fundamentals and details, and he brings a highly skilled eye to his training process. We're both looking forward to continuing my son's training.

Adam is great. Very personable, knows his stuff and puts you through a tough work out. He's great at communicating and does a good job of explaining exercises to ensure you understand what you are doing and why you are doing it. I'd recommend him to anyone, young or old.

Adam is the first trainer I've worked with who actually got me to look forward to getting to the gym and working out. Prior to working out with him, I was only did cardio, but he's turned me into somebody who really likes weight training, which is something I avoided for years. It didn't take long for me to start seeing results to my body, as I lost fat and put on muscle quickly. He's incredibly good at tailoring a workout for the individual and doesn't do the same thing with everybody. He's also incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition which is a big plus.
