More About Coach Adam

Strong family background in strength and conditioning. I grew up in the Czech Republic. I spent a lot of time with my grandfather and my uncle as a kid who trained me. (I was a basketball player) They are very respected coaches in my country and around Europe as well. I spend a lot of time watching them train different types of athletes, from kids to pro athletes, different variety of sports. As I got older I would train with them and other professional athletes every summer. I trained with all types off professional athletes including: Pro basketball players, NHL players, pro soccer players, pro tennis players, pro track athletes, pro boxers, and a few others. This experience allows me to have a good understanding what are the different needs for every athlete and every sport. I spent past three years as a Strength and Conditioning coach for a NCAA Division II Men's Basketball team. I am Nationally certified coach.

I would say my biggest accomplishment was winning the basketball National Junior championship in the Czech Republic. Four year college starter.

Sessions plans will focus on developing the overall athlete. Every aspect that you can think of will be worked on at some point of time during our sessions.

First meeting and my son and I were sold on how focus, how nice, how polite, how detailed coach Adam is. The plan was to try him and some other coaches and have my son pick one. By the time the training was over, I was looking for words to convince my kid not try any other coach. As soon we exited the building, my son asked me if he could stay with him. That says it all about coach Adam. Ready to book more sessions

Coach Adams is very prompt with communication and on time for appointments. Pricing is reasonable. He is very professional and gives good instructions as well as feedback to improve. I would highly recommend him. Location was nice/clean/safe/local to west Fort Worth.

The kids had fun with coach Adam, he is very patient and kind. I hope to have many more practices with him.

Worked great with my 11 yo son and 8 yo daughter. Just after one session, they are handling the ball better and more confident in their game.

He did a really great job with my boys! He was energetic and took the time to explain how to do things the right way. He was engaged and push the boys to work harder. They enjoyed it! I recommend coach Adams to anyone!

We booked Coach Adam for our 5yr old and our 7yr old girls he did amazing he kept their attention the entire hour. He was great with helping them understand why they needed to do things a certain way and then helping them do it. The girls can't wait for the next session.

I enjoyed a hard workout. Coach Adams is very knowledgeable about basketball and he is teaching me a lot of basic things that I need to know about ball handling, dribbling, and shooting. Thanks!

Adam was great! Patient in teaching yet pushes them to work hard.

Our 11-year-old son absolutely loves Coach Adam! He pushes our son to improve, but also takes time to praise him on a job well-done. Coach Adam works with our son the entire session. He is very involved, and doesn’t just coach from the sideline. We have been very pleased!

Adam is a great coach for my 13 y.o. daughter. He is patient, and explains everything to her. She is learning physically, as well as mentally with him. She needed someone who explained the steps, as well as the reason for it, and Adam is great at that! Looking forward to more sessions!!
