I am a lifetime basketball learner and lover having coached at summer camps and town travel teams. I also have done sports specific personal training at Manchester Athletic Club.

I have played basketball at every level up to division III NCAA men’s basketball at Gordon College on the number one 3-point shooting team in the nation.

Having a degree in kinesiology, my practices focus on the fundamentals of movement and repetition in order to excel at basketball on both ends of the court. In addition to working on sports specific skills, I also will work with players on explosive strength that I used to become a dunker at just 5’8”. Each session will include both skill and muscle development. As a student of the game, I am looking for players who also want to understand the cerebral aspect of game specific training.
