More About Coach Abby

Since I fell in love with the game at age seven, I've been my own test subject when it came to building training sessions for technical skills improvement. Alongside over 15 years of playing experience up to the professional level, I have also gathered 5+ years of coaching experience primarily on the U.S. East Coast, training athletes of all ages in multiple settings to include 1-on-1 training sessions, soccer camps and being the head coach of a Youth Development Academy in Bethesda, Maryland.

The waves of life have brought me over to the West Coast where I am eager to share my love of the game and knowledge with young kids who are just beginning their own soccer careers.

Coaching Certification: U.S. Soccer Federation National "E" License

4-year NCAA Division I Student-Athlete (2010-2013, Florida State University, Vanderbilt University)

W-League Quickstrike Lady Blues Professional (2009-2010)

Youth Career: Region III Olympic Development Program Team, Team Boca Soccer Club (Two-Time State Champions, Regional Champions)

Each session you can expect (1) a review of the last skill learned from our previous session, (2) the introduction of a new specific part of player skill and technique development (e.g. dribbling, passing, trapping the ball, etc.) and, (3) a goal-oriented homework assignment to accomplish prior to our next session.

Client Reviews

Great workout! My daughter was engaged 100%. Strongly recommend.

What can we say other than Abby has been awesome with our girls. Our girls were hesitant and nervous at first, but Abby was so approachable and kind that it was a matter of minutes before our girls were engaged and excited for training. Abby is involved in all of the drills; working side by side with our girls throughout the training session. She really understands how to coach young players and how to get them to work hard while making it fun. She has taught them everything from basic fundamentals to advanced techniques. She built upon their current skill levels and worked accordingly with our girls as individuals. By the end of the first session our girls got more conditioning and fundamentals training then on their respected club teams. Our girls cannot wait to go back to have more sessions with Abby. She is fantastic for any player!

Highly recommend. Perfect situation for my daughter to grow as a player. Abby is more than a trainer, she's a former Div 1 player that participates throughout the training. She trains / leads by example. Couldn't ask for a better coach

She is a great coach. She is teaching our daughter confidence that she has been lacking.

Abby is great.

My eight year old daughter had her first training session with Abby and she was great. She is knowledgeable, organized, and connects well with young athletes. My daughter was very comfortable with Abby and is looking forward to her next session.

The girls liked and want more.
