More About Coach Abby

I have trained youth athletes ranging from 6 years old to 16 years old for their particular sports (mostly basketball, tennis, running, and golf). I have trained people from 18 to above 70 in general fitness training, both indoors and out. I also do corporate fitness training once a week at an advertising agency. I am certified as a Personal Trainer brought the American College of Sports Medicine; as a Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition; and I earned my Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan--Ann Arbor.

-12 years of competitive basketball, including state leader in 3 point completed FG's/season
-unlimited hours of experimentation, sweat, and work above my threshold in the gym and outdoors--my fitness labs---on physical conditioning, strength, and stamina, which has afforded me the arsenal of exercises I tap and familiarity with equipment I useto train clients
