Aaron Sauter

I have been a football coach and strength coach for the last 18 years. I have coached all positions in football and I have been a head coach at the high school and semi professional level. I have a proven track record for developing fundamental sound and successful athletes.Over that span of time I have coached at Fort Wayne Wayne high school (assistant coach), Indianapolis Northwest high school (head coach), North Newton high school (head coach), the Indiana Cutters Semi-Pro Football organization (head coach), and Warren Central high school (assistant coach). I have been a defensive coordinator, offensive coordinator, special teams coordinator, and strength and conditioning coach at different points in my coaching career. I have had a large number of players move to the collegiate level. I am CPR certified, and I am a member of the IFCA and AFCA. Also, I am the regional scout for Indiana and Kentucky for Hidden Gemz Scouting Services.

I played football for 22 years. During that time I was given the opportunity to compete at the high school, collegiate, and semi professional level. I also had several opportunites to workout for team from are an football and the CFL.

All sessions will be planned as a gradual progression of building intensity. Each workout will start with a dynamic warm up and a functional warm up. From there the workout will address the individual needs of the athlete I am working with during that workout.
