More About Coach Aaron
I am going into my 5th year of coaching at the collegiate level. I coached one year at Salem State University, 2 years at Nichols College, and I am currently the assistant at Endicott College. I have worked with a variety of players at multiple levels. I believe my coaching experience helps me teach and instruct my clients. While also giving them constructive feedback on how to improve.
I competed at the high school level, then began to coach AAU once I graduated. I was part of an AAU program that won multiple AAU tournaments, and currently have won 2 Conference Championships coaching collegiately.
We would first find out the strengths and weaknesses of the player, then come up with a plan of attack focusing on their development. For instance ball handling drills if that is a weakness:
Two ball stationary drills
One ball full court crossover drills

My son had a great 1st training session with Coach Aaron and was impressed with his skills training approach. A great combo of of drills that will translate well into his game and hopefully the upcoming season. Highly recommend Coach Aaron.

Aaron worked with my daughter prior to an AAU tryout session. He was a terrific coach for her, helping break down skills into smaller pieces so that she better understood, giving her support and building her confidence, and just making the session an enjoyable and productive time. We look forward to working with Aaron again soon.

Highly recommend training with Aaron. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and did an awesome job targeting the specific skills I needed improvement on. Saw serious improvement finishing with contact after working with him. 10/10

First time I trained with a trainer, and man Coach Aaron is very professional. He specifically designs a workout based on your weaknesses, and the drills he does are game realistic. He also records you to track your progress throughout your training, and you can look back at it to look at what you can improve on. Very efficient Coach, wastes no time and very encouraging. Wants you to push, and wants you to go your hardest. Explains stuff very clear and concise, like when Coach Aaron was teaching me about different footworks, he explained how pushing into them and not being afraid of contact can help you be balanced for you to be able to get a shot off since it knocks their center of gravity. Also a very logical Coach, when I say that I mean like he looks more towards the future, for example I asked how to build range because I’ve been lacking and struggling to hit a 3 pointer. But, he explained how to just build on midrange, and be comfortable then when you’re comfortable push back further to the 3pt. I think this just helps with accuracy and making sure you have the same form when you shoot a midrange or a 3. And yea excellent Coach, I’ll continue to work with him.

Coach Aaron is a great coach. He's very patient and precise instructor for everyone. He beneficially targets each players area of improvement and what they need to work on, during the workout as he sees fits. Definitely recommened.
