More About Coach Teri

I am a certified Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance. I love working with newbies as well as experienced yogis of all ages. I have taught classes at Vitality Yoga. Lately my focus has been on my private clients and small group sessions.

In a yoga class its easy to look around a compare your poses to others in the room. This is where it stops being yoga and starts being purely physical. The only competition is between you and how you were before.

My Vinyasa yoga session is 1 hour and 10 minutes. First we set an intension for the practice, then the warm up begins. Followed by poses (asanas) that incorporate cardio, balancing, flexibility, strengthening, toning and believe it or not there's some relaxing at the end. I enjoy getting to know my clients so I can create a practice that makes it rewarding and challenging for them.

Sunday Yoga with Teri, is like food to my soul, leaves you with a little of everything. From deep breathing to a small workout, just from her simple yoga moves. Inspiring and soothing music to keep you steady on your mats. I strongly recommend for all ages and gender.
Yoga works! Lol I came home after yoga, ate some pasta and I woke up down a pound and a half!
