Currently I am an Adjunct Professor at a Community College in the Physical Education Department/Fitness Specialist Program. I spent 10 years as the Director of Personal Training for a national fitness franchise.
I am a certified running coach through RCAA, a certified personal trainer (Performance Enhancement Specialist) through NASM, and CPR/AED/First Aid certified.
I have 15+ years experience coaching/training 1 to1, small group and online for all ages. I have worked with a wide-ranging clientele, from young athletes, to aspiring Olymipic competitors, to individuals that want to improve their health and wellness, or run their first running race.

4 time Ironman (Lake Placid)
4 time Marathoner (NYC 2x, Miami, Baltimore)

Each session is individualized and tailored to meet the needs/goals of the clients. All sessions include warm-up/drills,corrective exercise and/or foam rolling, conditioning/strength segment and cool-down.

Coach Jess is a fantastic running coach, very caring, understanding and knowledgeable. My daughter is preparing to take the MTA Police Department Physical Fitness test. We enrolled for one session and the advise and techniques Jess worked on with my daughter were more then we could have asked for. We have decided to enroll for 10 more session.
