I started my track and field career at 8 years old. During high school (trenton central high school) and college (University of South Carolina) I was volunteer coach for the trenton track club in NJ. I coached one season at Emmanuel College and currently coach Hurdles and sprints at Cambridge Rindge and Latin high school.
