More About Coach Iryna
I started to practice yoga 20 years ago and I teach yoga 15 years ago. I teach Universal yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Hatha yoga, Prenatal yoga. Many of my students become a yoga teachers. Typically I work with adults; I can work with kids and teenagers too. I have ERYS certificate, Guruji Dev Das Maharaj certificate, Birthlight (Francoise Barbira Freedman) School Diploma in Perinatal Yoga (Teacher rank), Qigong, Pilates Matwork. I have University Medical degree. I am the founder of "Ekagrata" yoga school in Miami Beach, Florida.
Yoga is not about competition, but about comprehension. It is emotional, mental and physical practice, not sport. It is a miraculous journey inside yourself.
I built my lessons depending on specific student needs and build special program for every student. All the lessons are informative and powerful.
