I have experience coaching from ages 7-18 girls and boys. In the past I have Coach 1 on 1 basketball training sessions and team club coaching for both boys and girls in the past. I also coach footwork, agility and strength.

Played Division 1 basketball at southern Utah University earning first team all conference senior year, 2 year team captain, averaging a double double in points and rebounds. Holding the all time rebounding record for the school. Average 90% free throws in career. Leading the team with averaging 17 points and 54% FG.
Offered to play in Spain and Australia professional, played in Spain.

I like to perfect the basics of basketball, build a strong basketball foundation.
Start with getting to know the athletes and learn their goals.

Shooting and Free throw technique
position specific;
Guards- additional ball handling, shooting off the dribble and passing.
Post/forward- low block work, high post work, finishing with contact.
I like to have specific workouts for each individual, depending on skill level and goals.
