Coach Fliegel has been running elite private basketball workouts in Boston for the past four years. A decorated player in his own right, Coach Fliegel is well known in the region as being one of a few truly great personal instructors. Coach Fliegel developed his system of Basketball Efficiency from concepts he learned as a player under legendary private instructor Greg Kristof - Partner at Hoop Mountain, Inc. A professional basketball player with a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Coach Fliegel has combined his unique basketball understanding and teaching ability with a revolutionary scientific approach to the game - making Basketball Efficiency the system that it is today.

Some Highlights from Coach Fliegel's playing career:

High School Career: Three year varsity starter at the most decorated boy's basketball program in Massachusetts - Cambridge Rindge & Latin School; Mcdonald's All-America nominee out of Massachusetts.

College Career: Three year varsity starter at Bowdoin College; as a senior he helped lead Bowdoin's team to the best season in the college's history, the league title game, and the second round of the NCAA tournament - resulting in his nomination as an All-League, All-State, All-New England & JSR All-American player.

Professional Career: Played two years of professional basketball in Israel and Europe. Won the Israeli preseason national tournament and finished in 2nd place in the country's top professional league while playing alongside 6 former NBA players and four Israeli national team members at the highest level of international competition - the EuroCup league.
